Deposit and Cancellation Terms
Your reservation is valid upon arranging for the requested deposit beforehand. We charge cancellation fees as follows:
Winter:
Upon cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival we charge 100%, up to 14 days prior, we charge 80% from the total reservation, up to 21 days we charge 50%, up to 30 days we charge 30% of the total amount. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance - if you wish, we will provide an application form.
Summer:
until 14 days prior arrival we charge 100%
Board
You can look forward to our small but delightful breakfast buffet. Whether you prefer something savory or sweet, there’s something for every taste. It’s the perfect way to start your day—well-fueled for a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or a family adventure in the beautiful Brixental valley! For dinner, you can choose between two different main courses. Before that, a small appetizer or a warm soup awaits you, and to round things off, we serve a homemade dessert. Of course, we are also well prepared for vegetarian guests.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: You room will be ready for you from 2 pm onwards.
Check-Out: Please clear your room until 10 am the latest on your day of departure.
Payment
For package deals, we prefer cash payment on-site or a pre-payment via bank transfer. Alternatively, payment by debit or credit card is also possible.
Terms and Conditions
1. Validity:
These general terms and conditions apply to reservation enquiries, and also to confirmed bookings of hotels or special offers, as booked through the Aschenwald reservation system (ARS).
Reservation Requests and Confirmations: the Gasthof Aschenwald will forward your obligation free request, or your confirmed booking to the respective hotel or supplier by email. Upon receipt of your request, the Gasthof or supplier will forward you their detailed offer. Once your reservation has been confirmed with ARS, it will be contractually binding. Your mouse click confirms that you agree to an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. Therefore please take special note of the advised cancellation terms and conditions. The supplier reserves the right to refuse the reservation within 24 hours of despatch. The Gasthof Aschenwald has the possibility to refuse your booking within 24 hours.
Accomodation or Travel Service Contract and Payment: A confirmed booking between you and the chosen Gasthof Aschenwald or supplier will result in an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. The confirmed price is to be paid directly, either locally or by money transfer, to the hotelier or supplier. Any claims arising from this Accommodation or Travel Service Contract are to be made directly with the Gasthof Aschenwald or the supplier.
Changes to your booking and cancellation: Cancellations are to be advised directly to the hotel. You can find the cancellation policy under the menu item "Deposit & Cancellation Policy".
Room Rates: All rates provided by Gasthof Aschenwald are up-to-date and are as advised by the respective hotel or supplier. These rates apply to all reservations booked through the ARS. Bookings will be made using the latest and best possible Gasthof Aschenwald daily rate, as advised by the hotel or supplier for the chosen date of travel. Last Minute, low season, weekend or special offers appearing on the ARS will automatically be taken in to account.
Miscellaneous: Although utmost care is taken to ensure that all information supplied is accurate, the Gasthof Aschenwald assumes no liability for possible errors arising during the collection of and passing on of information. The transfer of any information as supplied by the Gasthof Aschenwald (either fully or an extract), or the use of any information for purposes other than those for which it is intended, is only permitted with the explicit authorisation of the Gasthof Aschenwald.
These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel, Austria.
2. Information on Data Protection
Reference to interrogation of data according to the European data protection guideline:
The Gasthof Aschenwald assures you that your personal data are being treated confidentially according to the prevailing data protection guidelines. After inquiry you get further details about the data stored at the Gasthof Aschenwald and if necessary you can correct, delete or stop the data. If you object to the processing of your data in the end you can oppose to it free of charge.
The Gasthof Aschenwald neither has the intention nor the obligation to revise or to actualize these statements, whether as a result of new recognition, future happenings or other factors of influence.
