What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Can the twin room also be booked for single occupancy?
Yes, on request, the double room can also be booked as a single room, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, our extensive breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Half-board can also be booked on request.
Does the double room have a balcony?
Some of our double rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Tyrolean mountain air.
How many people can the double room accommodate?
Our twin rooms are ideal for two people. Some rooms also have a sofa bed and can accommodate up to three people. We are also happy to provide a cot on request.
